Before SPINS, Jay had a nearly 20-year tenure at CareerBuilder.com. In his most recent role as President of Talent Solutions, he led his department’s go-to-market strategy, including operations accountability, product responsibility, and roadmap, and prior to that he occupied several roles in sales and marketing leadership.
